Supreme Court Dismisses plea, CBSE, ICSE, State Board Exams in offline mode

Cancel Offline Board Exams 2022 has been a demand by many groups of students and to rule the decision of offline board exams by CBSE, CISCE, and other state boards 

CBSE Board exams for students of Class 10, 12 will be conducted as pe the slated schedule that is from April 26. Board exam cancellation plea is rejected by the Supreme Court today. 

When Supreme court dismissed most student says that they are being forced to give exam, and govet don't care the student and don't value students.

Most of student are still demanding that exam should be coducted online or cancel the paper because the whole session has been coducted online.

The Court said, “such petitions give false hopes to students.”  

The court was hearing a plea seeking cancelation of term 2 board exams by CBSE, CISCE, and NIOS boards 

“We will not issue any directions, said the Supreme Court while dismissing the petition. 

“There are rules regulations in place and authorities are working. This plea is ill-advised and premature. 

Authorities are yet to decide the rules and dates. If the decision is not in consonance with rules then it is open to challenge,” said the Court. 

Most of the parents and student says that they Governemnt, CBSE are playing with the future of student, which is not tolerable.

Well Supreme court still open for the student when the exam date will be announced for the hearings. Let's hope for the good.
